Excellent product, so easy to use and what a sensible and user friendly design with the interior rod! no more climbing on a chair or taking umbrella out of the stand to apply a cover!! Canvas type material is durable, thick and a beautiful neutral color, dark tanish/taupe. The price is more than reasonable for such a quality product, I am so pleased that I just ordered patio chair coves, chaise covers and a tractor cover!! now I'm looking at a cover for my pop up camper! Formosa will definitely be my "cover everything" company. Just wished I had ordered 2 more of the taupe double vented umbrella canopies, hope they return soon!!

Feels like quality material, not cheap plastic. The metal rod is rigid, yet flexible to allow for the cover to fit over the umbrella. Should offer many years of protection. I didn't mind paying more for a good product.

Overall this is a good product. The fabric is good quality and it appears well made. I've only had it for a few days so I can't comment on durability, but I would bet it will hold up well for years and afford good protection to the umbrella.There is a long, thin pocket that runs along the zipper, for you to slide the steel rod in that helps lift the cover off the umbrella and back on it. I didn't see it at first.....but that is a necessary step to making the rod an effective aid in placing/replacing the the cover on the umbrella. The system works well.I don't really have any specific criticisms at this time, I just didn't give it 5 stars because the product could have had a waterproof lining to make it "waterproof" rather than "water resistant". That would of course have driven up the manufacturing cost. But when you factor in the price I would give it 5 of 5 stars for value. Don't hesitate to buy this, I would do it all over again. Will follow up after a few good rainfalls.

I liked everything about this cover except the thin metal rod included for sleeve by zipper. However our old one that we are replacing has a one piece fiber glass 1” hollow pole to insert and I just pulled it out of old cover and inserted it into sleeve of new cover! I’m sure my husband can find a use for the thin metal one included with this cover.

I’m a 60+ women and was worried about having to stand on a chair to get the cover on. It came with a post to do it for you! Very Easy to put on took less than 5 minutes. The umbrella is way too heavy to put away. This is the perfect solution!

I never though I would be so excited about an umbrella cover. Every time I put it on or take it off I think "I really need to do a review". Anyways.....I am very happy with this cover. The pole that you insert in one side is absolutely perfect if you are 5'2" trying to cover or uncover an umbrella at a table or standing alone. I have both a free standing and table umbrella and it is a snap to put on or remove. We have had a lot of bad storms this year, these covers have held strong and eliminated the umbrella's from getting forced open and knocking the glass table over. The priced cant be beat either. If you are looking for a cover, look no further.
