This was awesome!! It took awhile to blow everything up by mouth. You blow up the balloons using a small rigid plastic straw that goes inside the self-sealing stem of the balloons. It says not to use them with helium. My daughter loved them though!! You get 4 different kinds of good quality large regular balloons (2 colors are transparent and have large sequins inside) and then all of the shaped ones. Plus a tinsel curtain that has a sticky strip at the top. The whole thing was quite impressive and festive when everything was up. My daughter loved it!! I decorated when she was out at work. Well worth the money!

I love everything that comes in this package! Such a good price for everything that you get. I didn't even use all of the balloons - that's how many there were and I had to quickly decorate. I used helium tanks and blew everything up myself with no issues. The 21 balloons and Happy Birthday banner were the main focus of my pictures at my party and they looked great! I used some of the confetti, pink, and white balloons tied together on each end of the banner. I filled the rest of the white and pink balloons with helium and they floated up to the ceiling and looked pretty. Didn't have a problem with any balloons popping! The 21 balloons lasted for almost 2 weeks and still looked great until I finally popped them. I will say that the confetti balloons completely lost their helium the morning after my party so I wouldn't fill them up too far in advance. I also would recommend buying more silver backdrops to layer especially if you have a larger area because just one is very small. Overall, I loved these balloons and would recommend them to anyone! 10/10.

Before purchasing this packet, I went to my local Party City to compare products. I was disappointed in the lack of variety at the local store as well as how expensive it would have been to piece together a packet like this one. The packet arrived quickly and with everything intact. The colors were perfect (Party City only had black as an option). Love the rose gold color! The only issue was one of the letters from the banner would not inflate and upon inspection the seam was not sealed and the air went right through it. It was an easy fix by placing clear tape over the seam and the letter inflated and held the air for the entire time needed. I would recommend this packet in a heart beat! Lots of decorations and very reasonably priced.

I was so surprised with everything it came with.The box and materials are very well made and super cute. It comes with tape and sticky pads to hang stuff up which made the setup super easy

This decor package was a great value! I took all the balloons to Party City for them to inflate - made life easy!The Happy Birthday mylar letters were easy for me to blow up and string - and they lasted almost 2 weeks outside on my patio (just didn't want to take them down!). Cake topper was good too! I think I used everything in the package. I would definitely encourage others to purchase this "21" decor package.

I am missing the “A” in birthday but besides that I love the look and the quality seems good I’m excitedly to use this for my birthday but disappointed that I’m missing a letter. I’ll have to end up putting a regular in place of the missing letter.

The balloons were all so cute!!! Everyone complimented them! They were all pretty easy to fill except the valves were a little tricky but other than that none of them popped. I took like 9 to party city and they filled them for me for 99¢ which isn’t bad at all! And the only little problem I had was that the #1 kept disinflatting a little.And I told the people at party city and they filled it more before I left and offered to replace it for free!!which was awesome! I just left it like that and had a little pump at home to fix it later. Over all I’m super hungry with everything that came in the package!!

I'm an event planner and I bought this party pack for a 21st birthday weekend I hosted. It was beyond perfect and I was shocked at just how many things came in this pack. We ended up using the photo booth props as decor in vases, snacks, and other spots around the house. It made for a perfect event! 100/10 would recommend.

Letters do not hold air very well. Hard to read once blown up. Everything else was ok
