April 21, 2021 UPDATE: The controllers are from OUBAN, not AUGEX. I do not know why Amazon allowed me to review them and put me as a VERIFIED PURCHASE when I bought these from OUBANG. Maybe they own both companies? Either way, still LOVING these controllers. Going to buy a PS4 controller from them next.___________________________________________________________I loved my first controller so much, I bought another one! In my pictures you will see the two controllers. I bought "Thor" first. (The controller with lightning on it.) I bought a second controller, the white one, which I named "Loki." The white controller came with grips for the toggles. (see photo 1 and 3. You can choose not to use the grips.) I love the grips on the back of the controllers! It makes it easier to hold. (See picture 2.) My family agrees with me, these controllers have a better feel than the original PS3 controller that came with the console.

I was looking for ps3 controller at a decent price and purchased this item and when i first looked at it out of the box i was satisfied of the look of its construction even though the stick movement was kinda stiff. I then noticed that if left alone for about a min the controller would turn off by itself and at first i said that's i nice feature to save battery life which is sadly very minimal but soon found the feature very annoying because of having to start the controller over and over. the biggest malfunction showed up later with the controller reassigning its slot number on its own but if you dont mind anything mentioned this is the controller for you. I forgot one more thing the usb cord that came with it did not work at all i tested it on other controllers and still noting i had to buy a new one and it finally started charging what an inconvenience the controller also had deep multiple scratches on it not sure if its from shipping or manufacturing.

I’ve had the Augex controller (white) for a year now and no major problems. Battery life is good. The 5 minute shutoff you get used to and actually is a good thing when the kids are using it. The thumb stick resolution is slightly less than the Sony controller, You can see The difference in Minecraft when looking around slowly, but it doesn’t end up affecting gameplay. But for $8(US) I would Buy again.

The controller is a perfect replacement for the OEM. If you plan on keeping your PS forever and play it a lot, you're going to want a back up or two. For the price....just do it. UPDATE!!! Went from a 5 star to a 1 star......Not a joke, but it's April 1....the controller lasted 6 weeks and now the L3 button doesn't work. I'll keep looking for something that lasts. UPDATE # 2. I reached out to the seller and asked for the benefit of the 'lifetime warranty' they listed on the product sheet. A couple of emails back and forth and they had Amazon deliver a new controller. WOW! Ok, back to a 5 star. Word to the seller. Thank you....but you'd be wise to put some kind of limit on the warranty....I plan on keeping my PlayStation for a very, very long time. :-D :-( 1st one lasted about 6 months....2nd one last 6 weeks, 3rd one lasted 3 days. All on the L3 button. I'm going to look elsewhere.

well this is a grate controller for playing mincraft and call of duty ghosts

Bettery life in the controller is super long

This is exactly what you would expect. Just plug it in to the PS3 and you’re good to go. I would have given 5 stars but the battery does not last very long without needing charge again. Still very good for the price.

This is such a great controller and an awesome price!! We don’t use it for gaming so I didn’t want to spend a lot. The battery life is great, we don’t turn off the controller while watching shows and it doesn’t seem like we have to charge it much! We have our fist one since September and still working great!
