Works
I bought it for camping. I know sound weird but I have a handicap child and moving him around on the gravels. So as of right now it’s great.

Horrible packaging, shipping and handling.
It arrived in horrible condition. Packaging was trashed. Accepted it anyway because I needed it and knew it would still be serviceable. Either the wrong hardware was sent with it or they changed the hardware and did not update assembly instructions. Hardware bag was damaged, and some parts were loose in the box so some parts may have been lost. I went to Tractor Supply and bought what I needed to make it work because I needed it for a job I had to do. Probably won't buy from Vevor again.

Load ability.
Works as it should. Doesn't load well with the topper on my truck.

It works but it's sketchy
It works, very hard to rotate it with weight on it. A lot of grease and a chain wrench and you can spin it with weight on it.The side setup is not wide enough for a full size truck bed so you can only use it straight out with a full size truck.The load rating is bs, I was moving some woodworking equipment around and the table saw went fine (300 lbs). The jointer wasn't as good but it worked (500 lbs). The shaper went bad, it bent the tube attached to the receiver on the truck and I had to use my engine hoist. (700 lbs). I didn't try my surface planer because it was even heavier and it was already bent.The hole for the receiver is too small for a regular pin and they didn't supply a pin, none of their bolts were long enough to use either.I think if they use a thicker tube to connect to the trucks receiver it would be a good product but the way it is it's too cheap and flimsy to lift anything over 500 lbs.

Garbage lift should be its name
Flimsy bad Hardware poor design. It was removed from the truck within 5 minutes of tightening the final Bolt bordered a totally different brand very happy

It's OK for a cheap lift
It's not bad for a cheap lift got it put together today the only problem I ran into was the receiver hitch part was welded on wrong so the holes for the receiver hitch were vertical & not horizontal how they should have been but it was a easy enough fix just had to drill 2 holes for the receiver pin . Looks like it will work fine besides that some of the welds look questionable but I can reweld them if they fail for the price I'd buy it again. 3 out of 5 stars for the crane itself I left 4 for the fast shipping.
