Does it dry up shiny or matt? I want to use this for outdoor benches which need to be wiped down

It dries shiny so easy to wipe down, worked perfectly on my boat but needs a few coats for best results,

Is it for wood only? thought it was general? i’m looking for an outdoor, weatherproof varnish to seal painted plant pots? would it work? thanks!

This varnish is intended primarily for wood. It might work for what you wish to do but cannot underwrite its use for that job.

Have a tanalised timber gate. Sealing will prevent wood breathing. Does this product allow timber to breathe?

This product repels water so I can only assume the wood can't breathe but the finish is superb and long lasting.
