I bought the 30 min timer in green for work so I don't go over my 30 min lunch. One of my fav things. It is accurate. Exactly 30 min. And I don't have to hear the beep of a traditional timer. It's creative looking which fits my aesthetic & just about everyone has asked me where I bought it because they want one. I would recommend it for sure. Your biggest dilemma will be deciding on a color.

We got the green one to use as a 45-minute timer reminder to stop playing video games (to avoid carpal tunnel problems). It's silent, yet the bright color is a visual reminder that 45 minutes is up. The color of the sand is not overly bright, it's just right and actually looks good in our living room. Now I'm curious to get the other colors since the price is low.

This was a waste of money. I got it to help my son visualize the time lapse for activities, etc. It doesn’t work! The sand gets stuck every time we’ve tried to use it so far. I put him in his room for quiet time and the poor kid would’ve been in there forever if I hadn’t been paying attention. It quit moving about halfway through. Tried multiple more times and it keeps doing it.

I had to return it because the “sand” wouldn’t flow through the center. Maybe I just got a bad one, but my money was refunded quickly and that’s really important when returning anything. So the product gets one star, but five star customer service for sure.

The single most important attribute of this hourglass should be to tell time. In several instances in the past month, the sand has stopped moving through the hole in the hourglass, thereby stopping time. I was using this as a visual tool for a child to manage his own quiet time and it simply doesn't work. Wish I could return this but the return window has closed.

Disappointed that this timer often gets stuck halfway through. It wouldn't be such a problem but I use it for my daughter's nap and she doesn't know to bump it if it stops. I wish it just kept running. I like the plastic protection though!

Exactly 30mins (well maybe off by a few seconds) and good enough for our 4yo son. He eats really slow for this was a good visual cue to finish eating before time runs out. (He eats still slow... but it works sometimes!)

Works quite well, timing at 58.5 minutes which isn't too bad. It is slightly lighter and flimsier (made of plastic) than I expected, but at least it won't break if you drop it.

Great timer, we use it as a visual cue for how long my daughter can watch tv! It’s a bit longer 30 min but not a big deal!

Like the colour. Nice size. Have checked the 1 hour against a digital timer and found this sand timer to be very accurate. For the price I think it is good value.

Shower timer, just what I ordered. Not quite 5 minutes, I've timed it and it's 4 minutes and 52 seconds. It will hopefully work to get my son out of the shower.

Completely waterproof and very robust so ideal for the bathroom and plenty big enough not to lose
