An Energy Supplement
Glad that this product was available. I only take one in the mornings if I want that extra energy or if I am running late and will be skipping breakfast. Works as specified, please just as all supplements, follow the instructions.

Good for weight loss and control
I've been taking metabolife for over 20 years as an appetite surpressant . I anly take 1 a day after my morning coffee . It keeps me from eating all day long which is what I catch myself doing if I forget to take it . I believe it gives me the extra energy to keep busy on projects for about 6 - 8 hours especially if you get started about an hour after taking . I do not take in the afternoon or evening because it would keep me awake when trying 2 sleep . When I worked nights I took 1 tablet before going 2 work . Metabolife has change several times over the years , the original was the best . I have tried the extreme energy & it is also good but it does make me feel a little jittery unless I stay very busy all day long . I recomend metabolife to help you lose weight & keep it off . I am 64 & take it to keep from gaining the weight back & I believe it is why i still feel 30 & can out do my husband & adult kids as far as my energy level goes ..

Sadly it made me ill....
I had such high hopes for this product. And yes, it curbed my appetite however it also made me so very nauseous and therefore I wanted nothing to do with eating. I was lightheaded and nauseous. Not a fun place to be. Would be nice to have had a refund but I took a chance, and it didn't work out for my best.

Not really having my hunger reduced by much
I haven't noticed the reduction of my hunger by much. Normally, after I've eaten I have had a little stomach discomfort that I think is my stomach telling me that I ate too much. I'm trying to concentrate on reducing my food intake consciously
