This was excellently built with fine CNC machine work. Fantastic quality and they are a direct fit for my Bambu lab P1S. Haven't had any issues since installing. Very easy to install and maintain. I've put about 600 hours of use and have had zero issues. I only wish BIQU made CNC gears for the AMS feeders

Flawless work. It is crisp and easy to install.

Very well machined. The wheel is precision cut brass and the filament handling end is case hardened. It's got very crisply edged teeth that solidly grip the filament but don't score it badly. After initial lubing it reduced the weight of the print head a very little. I recalibrated. No noticeable improvement in print quality. I don't think you get much benefit when you upgrade a part that's already ideally engineered for the job.

This is a complete piece of junk. I am talking about 29ish hours of brass powder over everything. It feeds great for the first 25 or so hours, then it starts to disassemble itself all over the build plate and the extruder assembly. It sounds and looks great on paper, but in reality, it will just mess up your machine. JUST DON'T DO IT.

Got this for my bambu p1s. Fits perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it yet, it's been about a month. Print quality is just as good as when I first got my p1s. I would recommend this as an upgrade to the stock plastic. Just seems way more durable.

Item has worked perfectly! The install was very straightforward and the gears seem extremely well built. Only time will tell if they last as long as the stock gear. I will update if anything changes but so far it is working great.
