Purchased 2 sets of the XL (2 XL, 2 L) in October 2025. The backer panel that adheres to the wall has cracked on one of them, so now that shelf slides off the hook at 1 end & the items in it fall to the shower floor. The adhesion everywhere else is solid, but with this crack, the shelf is unstable. I have reached out to the company to see if they will replace the backing piece for us (or we can purchase that if not within a warranty period.) Hopefully they will send a replacement back & we can get this shelf back in use.

Overall, this is a satisfactory product. They come to in a box and I bought two boxes. In my view, the shelves themselves are adequately sturdy, but the mounting system is not as strong as it ought to be. After two months of use, three of the shelves are still on the wall and doing fine. One of the shelves, however, fell off the wall because the plastic mounting bracket spontaneously snapped. At the time there were a couple of bottles of shampoo on the shelf. It was not overloaded or abused.

These work really well in our shower stall . We needed something on the opposite side of the shower when we replaced our shower head. Holds 4-5 bottles of various products with no slipping or falling off the wall. Well worth the price.
