Doubles as a yoga meditation cushion and a comfy prop for more challenging poses.
This is a comfy block-shaped meditation cushion. I use it as an alternative to a buckwheat cushion on the days I can't sit for long periods of time in half lotus pose. Instead, I kneel and slip it between my knees. I also substitute it in the poses that I'd normally use a cork block. It feels so much better when holding a pose for a long time in a Yin class. It's a lovely color and the material is super soft, yet sturdy too.

Not comfy as meditation cushion, toddler sized bolster, awful chemical smell
This is basically a toddler sized yoga bolster. It certainly isnt an adult one, and certainly would not recommend it for meditation AT ALL ...plus the smell alone makes me feel sick. very disappointed
