This scanner has been extremely helpful across multiple vehicles. I’ve used it on BMWs, Fords, and other cars, and it has paid for itself many times over. It reads codes accurately and gives access to systems that basic scanners can’t. I’ve successfully used it for BMW oil service resets, battery registration/learning, and general diagnostics, which is huge if you work on your own vehicles. The menu is straightforward, connections are solid, and it does exactly what it claims. For the price, this is a great all-around diagnostic tool for DIY mechanics and anyone who maintains multiple vehicles. Definitely recommend if you want more than a basic code reader.

I'm quite pleased with this purchase of the DS100. I contacted the e-mail address provided to verify that it would work with my vehicle. They got back to me right away, with a clear and understandable response. Helped me get the steering angle squared away.

This is a nice device. I kinda hoped it would do more than it does but it's pretty nice as is. Setting up the device is straight forward and it will need to connect to your wifi or your phones hotspot to update. After that's good? just plug it in and turn the ignition to "ON" and you can pull all current and historical records from the various computers in the vehicle. You can also get the build data from each controller device which is helpful when it comes to various recalls. You can use this with the engine running to get live graphical data from your brakes to your air intake, O2 sensors, battery load, Engine, ignition... All in all it makes troubleshooting a whole lot easier. It also has the ability to connect to the internet (over wifi or hotspot) and you can look up trouble codes with youtube videos on the spot if you are having difficulty with something. all in all well worth the price.

It's an excellent diagnostic tool. I really liked the case it comes in, very practical for transporting it and avoiding damage. It's versatile, the software is very good, and it's simple and practical for connecting to Wi-Fi and updating, running diagnostics and reports. It can create a PDF, and since it has a Wi-Fi connection, you can send your reports directly via email. Its instruction manual is quite clear, and the connection cables fulfill their purpose of connecting to a PC and connecting to the vehicle's port. The price is quite good compared to other products that cost a few hundred dollars more.

I’ve tried this on 3 different vehicles so far and it has worked flawlessly. A little bit hard to figure out a service reset but after about 5 minutes I did it! Finding out about a few previous faults and being able to reset was very easy. So far this has been a great diagnostic tool for me with no connectivity issues or compatibility issues.

Even with my glasses I couldn’t read the screen I wish it had larger fonts
