Purchased this Tonchean Garden Tool Tower Storage from Amazon Warehouse, listed as having minor packaging damage. However, the real issue became clear during assembly — the pre-drilled bolt holes didn't line up at all. As a reasonably handy DIYer, I was able to re-drill and fix it myself, but for most people this would’ve gone straight back. I suspect this defect is actually why it was returned in the first place, not the packaging damage as described. Definitely disappointed — if I hadn't been able to fix it, it would have been unusable.

Actual product seems to be good, robust and fit for purpose. Didn't arrive with the correct screws so had to buy those separately.

Nothing matches or lines up when you screw the product together. Bolts were missing, which I went and bought from hardware store. Would not recommend anybody buy this product.

Missing critical bolts and connectors, parts misaligned and will not join, spanner tool like a metal blade it's so thin. Wasn't bothered with hassle of returning or waiting for replacements so got creative with my own bolts, cable ties and tools.
