I have been taking this since my order came in. So about 2 weeks or so. I have done lots of research on this product and it has endless benefits. I don’t feel any different so far but will keep taking it 1-2 times daily. I do notice a little boost in energy after taking it.

Very interesting product, just ultimately not for me. The smell is fuel-like, and it was difficult for me to use consistently. Definitely the real deal just won't reappear in my routine.

I appreciate the small package in comparison to some competitors' excessive package for a small container of Shilajit. It was a great value price. I do not appreciate, though, is that it says it is "organic" in the listing. Yet, there is no organic whatsoever word on the package itself. It only says it's purified resin. How they grow and "purify" it is what worries me. Zero certification too.

I have just as everyone else had a hard time trying this stuff but it is a resin! It seeps from mountains that are under the presence of intense scorching heat. Which reminds me of something like lava. However the taste is definitely a requirement! I think the golden spoon is definitely a neat touch as this stuff is so thick and sticky. I am definitely still experimenting with it and what liquids to put it in for the best taste so far like warm tea (sweet for now but others are good too) with plenty of honey! I’m definitely going to keep trying it and see if I begin to see any health benefits from it and return to update.

This product advertises a whole bunch of different health benefits that I cannot confirm or refute. One thing I can confirm is that the smell is just, wow. Because of that smell, I attempted to consume it several different ways to mask the smell/taste. None of it worked. I only actually got it down once and of course that's not enough to notice any kind of measurable or quantitative benefit. I tried getting several of my family members into trying it but none then could get passed the smell as well.

This appears to be very high quality Himalayan Shilajit. The packaging is very nice and they make a lot of quality claims regarding the purity, potency, and being US lab tested. The hard part will be getting past the potent smell and taste. I used mine in coffee and just one very tiny pea sized amount overpowers the entire cup of coffee. I don't know how some people drink it with water. It's not horrible in coffee, but it takes a lot of the enjoyment out of having the cup of coffee. But if you believe the health claims, this is worth the difficult taste issues. Similar to those who want the benefits of apple cider vinegar.
