This creates more of a thin layer than a lather, and it has a medical scent to it. It doesn't feel very heavy on the skin but it is difficult to rinse off, it leaves a bit of residue, especially on hairs and if you have a beard. It didn't cause any irritation at all, and whilst it didn't reduce redness initially, with repeated use I noticed my skin had a more consistent tone with fewer red patches.It's best followed up with a green tea serum to heal skin and amplify the effects.

I recently tried Grahams Natural Anti-Redness Face Wash for my sensitive, redness-prone skin, especially dealing with rosacea. The first thing I noticed is how gentle and soothing it is. I’ve been using it consistently for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve noticed a visible reduction in redness, particularly around my cheeks and nose area, which is where my rosacea tends to flare up the most.It’s also fragrance-free, It still has a lets just say strange smell. It is good for my sensitive skin, as I tend to react to strong scents. The 125ml bottle is a perfect size for daily use, and you don’t need a lot to get a good lather, so it should last a while.Overall, I’m okay with the Grahams Natural Anti-Redness Face Wash. It’s a gentle, cleanser that helps manage rosacea and redness-prone skin without causing irritation. I highly recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin or redness concerns. It’s become a staple in my skincare routine!

Awful made my face flare up more felt like was burning me

This anti-redness face wash has been very good for my very sensitive skin.If I use normal face wash, my skin will feel hot, tight and red. With this specially formulated wash, I have no symptoms.The gel itself has a neutral fragrance and froths up very nicely.I recommend Grahams anti-redness fave wash for those with very sensitive skin.

This facial cleanser smells heavenly! It is green tea scented, so if you're familiar with hand washes and body washes with this scent, you'll know it's a lovely floral, sweet, feminine smell. It always reminds me of high end spas and hotels, and high end perfumes.To use the directions recommend putting some on your hand or cotton pad, and massaging onto your damp face in circular motions, after which you rinse your face with lukewarm water. It feels like it does a good job cleaning for me. It lathers up with a gentle lather and feels a little like a soft, gentle soap. It does have a slightly weird effect of making my skin feel sticky right after use, even when I wash the product off really well, but the stickiness wears off within a couple of minutes. I did deduct one star for the weird sticky effect though.Now as for the anti-redness part: If your skin redness is a superficial inflammation and only skin-deep, then maybe anti-inflammatory skin products can help with that. But if the redness is caused by something that's deeper than skin-deep - then I am of the belief it requires looking at the root cause and not treating it superficially. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for example, redness is a sign of too much heat in the body which can be caused by many possible things - even excess "hot" emotions - or a bunch of other more physical things that cause heat build-up. So I would personally see a good TCM practitioner and get to the root of it to deal with it at the level it needs to be addressed.But yes, as a general facial cleanser, I quite liked this product (stickiness aside). I liked the ingredients list too. No nasties whatsoever which I really appreciated.

I'll not be buying this again. Since using it my face has been quite itchy and I haven't noticed that the redness has reduced.

I've been using the Grahams Natural Anti Redness Face Wash for Rosacea for just over a week now and, sadly, have to say that it hasn't really helped with the redness around my nose/cheeks at all .After having dreadful rosacea in my 20's, which only long term antibiotics cleared, I have found it has returned, only to a minor extent so far (but at least I now know the treatment). This fash wash is very gentle, only a small amount is needed to work up a lather, which I do in my hand rather than on the face as instructed. After rinsing my face doesn't feel it's been stripped of all its natural oils. However, the red areas remain.I'll continue using this wash until it's finished as part of my usual washing routine but it is on the pricey side to replace further. If it had have delivered on reducing the redness then it would have been a price I'd be willing to pay.
