Good Bike Trainer for your Bicycle.
Works much better than expected, fitness stores will not carry bike trainers where I live. I only need it for Winter and rainy days. A regular full size exercise bicycle is hard to put away, this is easy and you can take it with you. You get to use your own bike and can use it with older bikes, only the front wheel needs to be removed. You use your own gears to increase resistance during your cycling.Good balance is required! I've used this with my fitness watch and with Apple Fitness+ on my TV.

Really, really unstable junk.
Unstable , poor quality.

Functional but Could Use Convenience Improvements
This portable magnetic roller performs, offering a stable and lightweight aluminum alloy frame. However, its portability could be enhanced with a dedicated travel case, which is notably absent. Adjusting resistance requires stopping and manually changing the setting, which interrupts the flow of a workout; an on-the-fly adjustment mechanism would greatly improve usability. It's functional but falls short in convenience for serious users.

it works for me, but there are some warnings here
The bad:First thing is the specs state you can do a 1175mm wheel base, the bike pictured is 45" or 1143mm - a typical size large hardtail mountain bike, and the trainer is fully maxed out size wise. Any less and the wheel doesn't touch both aluminum cylinders. It does appear I could either make a new hole and get another inch out of it to get it to the advertised spec, but I won't be needing to for my bikes, and if I had to do this to get it to work it would have gotten and automatic 1 star.My unit came with some of the anodizing/paint rubbed off during shipping. Not a deal breaker, but if it were packed better this could have easily been avoided. The good:I love the compact size when it's all folded up and not in use.The supplied tools are a nice addition so you don't have to go hunting for them and can keep them with the trainer for future adjustments. The feel is good, albeit loud with the knobby tires. You will easily be able to hit most reasonable power levels using this, say under 500 watts.I like the fact this isn't super laterally stiff, but that doesn't mean it's unstable. I have no problems with the movement, and actually welcome it, the fact this gives a little makes it feel a little more real world, like outdoor riding feel. This is why I wanted to try this trainer to have a little more flex. I have a high end indoor bike that has zero lateral flex and it feels completely unnatural at times.Overall, I like this unit, even with it's flaws. However, I'd like to see it improved to it's advertised spec and packed better.
