Maybe takes a night or two to get used to but this product is easy to use and I am pleased with it.

This is the first night splint I've had and I was worried that it would be uncomfortable and stop me from sleeping at all. No need to have worried, it's soft and comfortable, easy to adjust and has helped so much with night pain in my foot and ankle that I want another one for my other foot , would definitely recommend.

Says it fits all sizes from 2.5, I am a size 4 and it is too big for me to wear. Also came in a dirty, VERY used plastic bag. Buy elsewhere.

Very uncomfortable to wear. No instructions included. I could only stand wearing it for a few hours over a sock but it really dug in to my foot and madd it painful on my forefoot. Suppose it made a change from heel pain!
