A small would fit. I'm 5ft and 87 pounds. It stresches. And small fits good on me.

I'm 5'9 and am about 315 I get the 4x and it fits great, I'd suggest the 3x.

Q: Im 5'2 with a short torso and 165 lbs I dont want the bottom to hang on the large but idk if i should get the medium bc im 36-38 bust Wat should i get

Depends on the length of your torso, I would recommend you go with the larger size of torso or hips. If you do wear diapers with onesies, then it would allow you to go with a little longer torso.
