This is an excellent system. I went for the 8 camera 4K version as I was upgrading an old camera system (different brand) which was much lower quality and only had 4 cameras. Installation was a breeze as broadly I was doubling up at each of the 4 current locations and could split the power supply (Standard power supply is 12V). The image quality and range/viewing field is brilliant, including night vision. I had a lot of issues with wireless connectivity with the old system, cant say the same for this system, I did pair all the cameras before installing at the locations around the house. They all connected flawlessly and to date are rock solid back to the NVR unit (even the ones with a lower signal strength). I spent a little time locating and connecting the NVR to a viewing screen (HD TV), the options on set up allow you to output a lower resolution image to the screen in case its not 4K capable...the only drawback to this is the images on the screen are not at 4K, I may fix this later but the image is not terrible in 1080P. The set up is real simple and very clear on all of the options the software is actually very good and you can set up each channel/camera for every detection and viewing option, including recording and sending notifications to the App. The Eseecloud app is really good (on an IPHONE) but the notifications can get a bit irritating as the whole system is very good at detecting movement, you do need to persevere on camera adjustments on the NVR to fine tune sensitivity for each channel (or disable/certain times etc..)....But the remote viewing and the app capabilities are very good. Note you have to have an internet connection to the NVR unit for the app to work. I preferred a wired connection and ended up locating one of our Mesh system modules next to the NVR and using the LAN port on this, otherwise you have to set up the wireless connection on the NVR box. I believe this needs a dedicated 2.4ghz wireless connection but I never bothered with that so cant comment. Overall I would highly recommend this system as excellent and it was a pretty good price as well

This is a great security camera system. Easy to install and setup. Has all the hardware you need. All you need is a monitor and all else comes in the package. Picture quality and infrared is good. Motion detection sensors work good. I am pleased with the purchase, and am considering buying a few more of these cameras.

I have had other cameras systems and this is one of the best cameras system the cameras are easy to set up and the 3 gig hard drive is nice to have to hold recording and it works really well with the app also you can add to the system and exspand it. I also have the solar camera that has a hub and it nice also would recamend this system to any one

A really good package for everything that is included. Very simple set up instructions. Pretty good durability and construction. Excellent picture quality from all cameras, as well as fairly decent range of connectivity! Notifications are a bit much, for all the terrain movement I have, but still pretty good. Easy use App. Switching between HD and SD on motion detection, could be better/quicker and prefer a bit more seamless transition, but otherwise good. One major suggestion, is the location of antennas. When pivoting on sharp angles in the direction of the antenna, it prevents a full range of motion in that direction. Either change antenna location, or consider mounting in a different fashion. Also, the screws included for mounting are extremely cheap and will snap and or strip easily, especially when in hard surfaces, not using wall plugs.

I do like the cam and base unit. Great picture quality. It does not make any night light but IR is very good. Customer will communicate to you and if you have a problem they will try to talk you through it. The 3 LED stay on 24 hours a day even if you disable them. I let them know there should be a firmware update. The LED off should be off when not in use. The problem I have is I have it aimed out the window and the CAM IR LEDs reflects off the window and if on they flood the picture and I can't get a night view where there is plenty of night lighting. Yes, they should not be inside looking out though a window but this is the set up I have. The LEDs should be OFF. I will be putting them outside soon. Camera functionality was easy to set up and works well. Connectivity was simple, And the Storage system, App, and Motion detection, and camera image quality works great. I like that they don't require a monthly service but I do wish there wasn't adverts for updating features within the app itself. I had an issue with my DVR originally and the team was quick to help me get it fixed!

The Hiseeu cameras (5MP) are incredibly clear. Easy setup because the cameras are pre-configured with the NVR. I have one minor issue that is not too significant. First, you can not connect to other brands. I have an old system that I thought might be used to expand this system since the NVR has room for 12 more cameras. Other than that the system gets 5 stars.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products. Loved this kit! Setup was truly plug-and-play and the picture is crisp day and night. Remote viewing is smooth and recordings have been reliable. I did run into a small issue after installation, but the seller responded quickly and resolved it professionally. Great value and great support!

The camera system was delivered in good time. I managed to install the cameras easily and the software was very friendly. The base system can also be connected to the home wifi and it certainly simplify setting up the whole security camera system.
