If I make blueberry syrup, I strain off the fruit and I can use this pectin with a little lemon juice to make a very fruitful preserve. Thank you.

Decent Pectin, But Could Be Better
It gets the job done, but it’s not the best I’ve used. It works well for making jams and jellies without added sugar, but the texture can be a bit inconsistent at times. The instructions could be clearer, and it may take some trial and error to get the perfect set. Overall, it’s an okay option if you're looking for a no-sugar pectin, but there might be better alternatives out there.

I really like this pectin! I found it to be much better than the Ball brand and it is cheaper. Win win. I found that the flavor of the jam I made with this pectin tasted better (not as sweet for some reason) than the Ball.

Always works well for jams
I prefer the European premixed sugar and pectin - but if that is not available I always turn to this brand. Works well every time.

Being able to make low sugar jams
I make jam each year and give them to family and friends. They love the jam and I love the fact that I can make low sugar delicious treats in the form of jam.
