No sugar added threw me off
Its pectin. However I have no idea how to compare this to pectin that requires sugar. So pay attention to what youre doing and what you need this for.

I find that this pectin works very well being as I can no longer get the pectin I used to buy. This pectin allows you to use as much or as little sugar, or even a sugar substitute, in any homemade jams and jellies. Excellent product!

Works great in my low sugar jam recipes. I’ve also used it in sugar free using sucralose and have had good results by using about 50% more.

The no sugar pectin worked perfectly for making jam and jelly using Splenda instead of sugar. You can use no sweetner as well. It took a little longer to set up but no big deal.

I just made the most amazing tasting, seedless blackberry jam with this product. Very impressed. My only complaint is the price, compared to regular pectin this is very, very inflated. Also just looked at online retailers and it costs less than half of Amazon's price. I should have looked retail before the easy Amazon way. :(
