Excellent material and workmanship
These tie down brackets were an exact fit for my 2018 f-150 with a dualliner bed liner. The holes lined up perfectly, need to note the screws are hard to start because they are self tapping, but not a problem. I also purchased 2 sets of the Dee Zee (DZ97909) Ford cargo anchor tie downs to insert in the tie down brackets. They would not fit in the slots, I had to grind off approximately 1/8 inch from the bottom slot of the tie down brackets to get them to fit. Not sure which product was off but wasn’t a big deal. Excellent material I think powdered coated. I would definitely recommend these tie down brackets.

Perfect Fit
I always order my Ford with these. I bought off the lot instead of ordering my last truck. They didn't have it so I ordered these brackets and they fit perfect.

need an impact tool to install
These are not genuine ford parts. the supplied screws are just plain Torx, not security bolts. you need an impact to install them. the self tapping only works with an impact. make sure you put a little grease or oil on them before trying to install. I used thread cutting oil.The cleats fit well. I have used them twice this last weekend, and they do give you some nices extra tie down points.

fit and look good on 2017 f150
fits perfect and looks like it came with truck. Screws are very long not sure why, the body panel kicks way out on 2017 so they fit fine .I saw some review complain about being to long but they fit on 2017.the only thing I had to do was tap the holes on body of truck. The holes are there but they are not threaded.

Get the job done but poor finish
These get the job done for half the price of the Ford ones. To make your installation easier use a cordless impact driver instead of a drill or by hand. The holes in the Ford bed are NOT threaded so the provided screws need to cut the threads in the metal holes the first time they're installed. The impact driver will make this easier. You'll need a Torx T30 bit for the screws. Finally because it's easy to over tighten the screws with the impact driver I recommend leaving the screws slightly loose then using a hand held T30 for the final tightening.Update 3-11-19After roughly 5 months of owning these I downgraded them to three stars. They are the right specs to the Ford ones and will get the job done but are finished poorly. After 5 months all the screws were rusting and two of the four plates had light rust. I was able to replace all 16 screws with better quality ones for around $8 and lightly sanded and repainted the plates. All is good now, however be aware the finish doesn't last. If I could do it again I would have spent the extra money and just bought the Ford ones.

Easy install and solid
Excellent product. I used crisco to lube the screws and had no issues with the install. I do have the factory bed liner which caused a couple of small issues getting the screws installed but slight mods to the liner worked great.I installed the tie down handles into the plates before the install which gave me something to hold on to while lining up the screw holes....worked great.I found no need to pre-install the screws. I simply held the plates in place, started the screws with a 1/4 inch drive ratchet and finished the install with a makita hammer drill.I did have to use a hammer to tap the handles into the plates as they did not just slide in. However, this made for a super solid install with no slop or wiggle.I highly recommend these units.

Save your money
Went to install these plates and not one, BUT TWO bolts broke so now there are bolt stems stuck in holes and I have to figure out how to get them out. I’m not sure if I just some defective ones, but I didn’t over torque them. Save your money and just buy the OEM ones.
