Thanks, helps with my hair loss!
These are great quality, thank you. My extremities do feel warmer after taking these so I guess they do have an effect on blood circulation but it doesn't last more than twenty minutes to thirty minutes.Update: been taking these a few weeks and what I didn't expect was my hair to feel and look *slightly* thicker and fuller than it has done in about 10 years. I am also on a regimen of DHT blockers (finasteride + saw palmetto) but my hair never looked as good as it has since I started ginkgo! I haven't added or removed anything else to my normal regime so I can only put it down to increased blood circulation, though I didn't think ginkgo would be that potent to effect my ever increasing thinning hair!
