Flavours

I happened across this one at a bookstore and after leafing through it briefly, it quickly became apparent that the book is a work of art on many levels. Each chapter is dedicated to a particular flavor or combination of flavors and all the recipes in it bring out a new look at the topic of question. What amazed me more is the simplicity of the recipes. I wrote down a few to try them out and was amazed at the way that something so brief could bring out the taste of food in such an amazing way. The book itself is beautiful with photography to match the layout. I just had to buy it...

AS is usually the case, Donna's ckbk is full of simple, tasty treats. I have several of her books and I love all of them. Citrus! Sweet! Bitter. She covers ALL the FLAVOURS.

This book not only has delicious recipes which are easy to follow and make, but the images makes my mouth water!! Yum!! This book is excellent as a gift for people who love food, spices, and cooking. It is a great addition to anyone's cookbook collections.

disappointed too much emphasis on on flavours not enough on recipes

I was completely satisfied with the timely delivery of the cookbook I ordered from Amazon. I ordered a used book rated in "good" condition. The book was in virtually perfect condition and the price was less than half the original price. I will definitely buy books this way again.
