I have repurchased this three times in the past year- I started taking the women’s daily ritual 18+ daily multivitamin and realized it did not include a vitamin c amongst several other vitamins so I have been purchasing this as a substitute. If your vitamin already has vitamin c in it this would be good to keep on hand during sick season.

Tastes more like a citrus candy - not very orange 🍊 flavor but the flavor is good … I am guessing that being buffered for your stomach, the strong orange flavor was buffered too 😊 It’s definitely easy on the stomach … I prefer these to the cherry 🍒 flavor which is nice but tangy! my wisdom teeth haven’t come out yet, and my mouth started hurting and then the glands on the top of my mouth started hurting from one side going across for a few days like rotating and I took this and sucked it and it relieved the glands. I bought them for my son for his digestion and it seems to work. The taste is weird the 1st time but then it’s not that bad. I will buy them again they are also supposed to be good for winter

Really like these, and they taste great, like the old days when this was a standard vitamin C tablet that included Rose Hips. They are really large tablets, and require chewing to take them, so if you have a hard time chewing, might not be for you. Unless you want to suck on them until they break down a bit, as they do after a little bit in your mouth. Don't try to swallow them whole though! I hope they are doing their job, but have no way of telling if they are or not. I do feel I am doing something good for me when I eat one!

I give it 5 stars because 1) they are indeed easily chewable, and 2) I have a host of food intolerances and bad reactions to some flavorings, sweeteners, etc., but I do not have any reactions to these. Chewables are useful for me over powder insofar as its easier to keep a bottle at work, to take doses spread across the day. They could be a bit less tart and sweet, but since for some bizarre reason most people seem intent on having their supplements taste like candy I understand that manufacturers cater to that.

The entire family has been power loading on these during the cold and flu season, along with rest, not over eating or eating out to much, plenty of fluids, and all the other herbal preparation during this time has kept us humming along with good Immunity. Everyone from the oldest to almost the youngest takes these 2 times a day. The taste reminds me a little of a sweet tart. Love the quality and products from Solaray.

As a kid, I used to eat vitamin c tablets at my grandparents' house. I don't know if these make me nostalgic or what, but I love eating 'em. In fact, it's a good thing vitamin c is water soluble and you eliminate the excess from your system easily because I am a little compulsive about how much I like devouring these. They are tart and orangey and delicious. Practically candy!
