Quality and price are great!
I like bran muffins. I like baking my own and sometimes it is difficult to find the ingredients in stores. When I found this on Amazon, I decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. Most people will say that they just bag the mixes, and yes, I did that myself, but I like to be able to control the ingredients in my baked goods and the sweeteners.........preferring just a hint of sweetness, which I can often obtain through dried fruits. As I am trying to eat healthier versions of my favorite baked goods, quality matters most to me. This is truly a wonderful product.
