Will this work with trying to catch and dispose of chipmunks?

It didn't work with mice. They avoided it! I don't know about chipmunks.

How many uses does 1 bottle provide?

Been using my tiny bottle for 2 1/2 years and caught dozens... seriously. One dose the size of your small toenail will last a long time and catch many mice without even having to re-bait!

Any recommendation on replacing the bait after some number of days or weeks? Ours caught mice and then nothing.

I had the same issue and I needed to replace it because it dried up.

My bottle is very hard to get the product out...anyone else have this situation?

I had trouble squeezing some out. I had to shake the bottle hard down toward the cap. Now the bottle may be a little bit dry, I'm not sure.Purchased at Mennards today..
