With this specific family of laptop, the screen is dead simple to replace. just gently pry off the plastic bezel on the front of the screen, then 4 screws and unplugging the cable and the old screen is out. Then just reverse with the new screen and you are done. Got it replaced in just a few minutes.My only downside with my panel is it had a single dead pixel. No big deal for me, plus it's a whole lot better than having an entire corner and the upper third of the screen dead due to a cracked LCD. It's something you learn to expect with third party panels. Other than the pixel, screen seems to be good quality.

I am not a hands-on person but this was such an easy install and a great fit to replace my broken screen. Fast shipping, great quality and price.

A standard replacement laptop screen. Came as advertised. 3 stars because the protective bubble wrap it shipped in was taped to the display and I felt like the screen could be damaged when pulling it off, and there were two dead pixels after installation. If you don’t care about super high quality graphics (which you don’t if you have a Dell) then it’s not a huge issue and worth the price, but the bright green dead pixels are annoying and always catch my eye!

Regardless of the above failures, this replacement screen was perfect. Company is great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement screen. The shipping and packaging was stellar.Couldn't be happier and I'll definitely be buying from them again.Good job BRIGHTFOCAL.

Dislike there was a dot on the screen and also it began to malfunction after a while. I have not dropped it now bumped it. I use it only for work and it sits on my desk. I would turn my laptop on and it would have line run down the screen, then I would turn it off and back on then it works. Fine but the dot is still there. I want to exchange it. But I didn't get a response when I tried to reach out to the seller

This was a great buy. DIY saves time and money if you are willing to take the time to do a good job.The screen is working great after months of use.
