DOVO 4" Sewing Embroidery Scissors (Satin)

I purchased these for fly tying and they are absolutely perfect for this purpose. The blades are extremely sharp, as are the points - making it easy to perform very precise cuts and the detailed trimming that is necessary in fly tying. The blades are not serrated but these easily cut threads of all types, feathers, hair and synthetic materials used in freshwater and saltwater fly tying. Equally important is how comfortable the handles are -- I can hold them for hours while I'm tying. I've owned many fly tying scissors over the past 20+ years and these are the best.The shipping was faster than estimated (even though they were shipped via USPS) and they arrived in perfect condition.

These scissors are pricey but the are worth it. Very sharp points that cut to the tip. Substantial scissors that will last forever.

No matter how many pairs of scissors I have, I never had enough Dovo scissors. They are the absolute best and the seller is amazing.

Love these scissors! Very sharp to the tip.... use them for embroidery and wool applique.

Don't count on this for trimming close to fabric. Scissors are NOT sharp and have thick blades.

Super thin blades and really sharp (be careful!). The price is staggering but once the shock wore off, it wasn't so bad. These are the scissors that live in my applique sewing box. If you can afford them, they really are worth it. If you can't, I managed just fine for years with less expensive scissors.
