Hemway Paint Buffing Pads x 2 | use with our Glitter Paint Additives to Unleash Extra Sparkles from your Glitter Painted Interior & Exterior Walls, Furniture, Bedrooms and Bathrooms

For what they are, I think that these pads are rather expensive but for what they do I think that they are worth the price. I was rather unimpressed with my wall after painting it with a glitter additive until I used a pad to buff up afterwards. It completely changed the wall effect from rather dull to amazingly sparkling & glitzy. It looks fantastic!

Made such a huge diffrence to the sparkle achieved

I just bought Hemway glitter additive and as the reviews say to get the best glitter finish you need to use scourer pads to bring out the glitter….. these pads do that to a degree but they are not effective and are poor quality so these 2 pads didn’t even last rubbing down part of the wall I painted with glitter….. I only did the chimney breast wall and these pads didn’t even last for the face of the breast ….. I bought these so as to follow the instructions properly and hopefully get the hoped for effect…. I would recommend to anyone reading this and planning on using a glitter additive in paint to not waste their time and money on these pads and just buy the 3M Scotchbrite pads here on Amazon….. for half the price you get better quality pads and 4 times the number of pads… the pads themselves are also bigger over twice the size…. And most importantly they are much more effective and need less physical pressure when rubbing….. Please don’t waste your money or your time with these …. There are much better alternatives and far cheaper…..!

Very small surprisingly! So very expensive for what they are. A pack of non-scratch scourers would do the same job. Waste of money.

When I first got them, like other people I thought what an absolute rip off! 2 very small pieces of rough sponge that probably cost pennies! However, they made a massive difference to my glitter wall - I think the description says about a 5% improvement, in actual fact it was 100% improvement. The two little rectangles struggled to do all of my wall (4x3m) and I admit I did try a sponge scourer but it didn’t work nearly as well. By the time I’d finished they were knackered and falling to bits but they did work an absolute treat and my wall is very glittery (albeit patchy but that’s a glitter product issue). I wouldn’t use the Hemway glitter again but the pads were worth it in the end.

Staying neutral as there is a small chance I had more paint in than needed to see got results from the product... nearly no glitter coming through using these. Despite using a big amount of glitter in the paint.

Well I didn’t think these would work but thought I’d try as weren't expensive well how wrong was I they bring out all the glitter particles when lightly rubbed VERY pleased definitely recommend!

Meant to remove the paint from the top of the glitter. It worked well on normal glitter but the stars I also purchased just get pulled off and I use my finger nail to lightly remove the paint on those . Not suitable for those star glitters and other large shapes as it pulls them off no matter how gently u run. But the normal glitter is fine with them

Het resultaat is werkelijk schitterend, nog mooier dan ik in mijn dromen kon voorstellen. Van een twinkelende wand hebben we binnen 10 minuten een heldere sterrenhemel gecreëerd, en dat enkel door met de "pad" over de muur te wrijven. Geweldig!!!

I was skeptical to give this a shot. I started exposing my glitter using a J-Cloth, which went okay. But really wanted to make the glitter sparkle more on my wall. This pad made a massive difference! Some things to think about with this item: 1. The pads are super small! Depending on how big your wall is, you may need to buy 2 sets. 2. Depending on the colour of your wall, you may have to be a bit careful with how you buff it. You should use small circular motions, but on a darker surface, it will definitely be noticeable if you over do it in one area. 3. J-Cloths are good and do the job well. I did find I was buffing more with a cloth which may take some more work. Overall, this is a wonderful products and it works! It’s expensive but it is really worth it!

Really brought out the sparkle on our ceiling. A bit pricey, but it really worked.
