I have been using this back brace for about 4 months now. It is easy to put on/ take off, comfortable, and the velcro straps hold up really well. I would recommend this to anyone that is having posture issues. My back was hurting a lot due to my posture and this brace has helped me a lot. It is good to wear under or over clothes. Easy to clean. Great price.

This product is very discrete. I wear it under my sweaters at work and you don’t notice it. It provides a gentle reminder for me to improve my posture as the work day progresses. I will say you should be careful what type of undershirt you wear with it because the straps can pinch your skin, this is just extra motivation for me to sit straight though, as it happens the more you slump. This product continues to help in my issues with neck pain. It’s earned its place in my neck pain management routine!

I was worried it wouldn't fit because I'm a big guy. I'm 6'3 340 pounds, and it fits me just fine. I noticed a big difference in my posture after just a few uses. I also find myself naturally lifting my shoulders back even when I'm not wearing it. My only complaint would be that I wish the velcro stuck to velcro instead of to just the fabric. I feel that after some use it won't stick to the fabric anymore. Otherwise I love it. I wear it for at least an hour almost every single day.

I recently started using this posture corrector while beginning to train for a race. Since I have started using this, I have had zero back pain, I feel like I'm able to breathe better when using it, and it is actually quite comfortable.

works really well. comfortable but it still feels like it is working. I usually have it on for an hour and can definitely feel a bit of difference and especially useful when I am on the computer and prone to slouching. Can recommend

I’m not a huge guy, I might be a tad thicker than a man of my weight, but this was constricting my arm pits so much I lose circulation. In order to achieve the desired posture I would be forced to not have any blood flow to my arms. I’m going to be returning this, unfortunately.

helps, not the most comfortable thing but thats because it is trying to fix my posture.
