In Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods: Makes 4 cups Boil 4 cups of water. Q: How much do I mix you to my juice or water? It seems that is the way to take it. I have lyme....

It's not going to dissolve into the juice or water, but may work that way. You can get a empty capsules and fill them. I usually just put the cat's claw on my tongue, take a swig of some liquid and mix it with my tongue before swallowing. A 1/4 tsp is 750mg. I'm not sure how much you would take for your lyme. I have family with lyme and know it is part of some treatments, but I'm told it can cause herxing.
