Delivered quickly! Have been having seriously bad upper back and neck pain, this has been really useful for alleviating the pain and making me feel more comfortable, a really good buy. Heats up quickly, made of a soft fabric, it is washable, just haven’t worked out how to remove the electrics from it as yet! Fits perfectly over my shoulders

It's shaped to fit perfectly over my shoulders and the base of my neck. The pad warms up quickly and provides good heat. The cover is soft and very comfortable. It's easy to use and gives relief to my stiff neck and shoulders. I highly recommend this product.

it does keep your shoulders warm, I use it when I am work at my desk, as it helps to ease my shoulder pains, but it is heavier than you expect, which could be a testament to its build quality which seems very good.

I cannot tell you the difference this makes to my body! I have multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia and this really helps my extremely tight traps and upper back, I have also used it on my legs, back (laying on it) tummy cramps whilst on my period ect. Hands down honestly the best thing ever. It genuinely helps me even if on a bad day it’s just the relaxation and mindfulness, the heat whilst it’s on, I often put it on first thing in the morning as I wake up. I’ve used it a lot and put it through its paces since buying - so far it is very durable, easy to use (I do use it on full power) the weight isn’t too heavy as that would aggravate me but more of a comforting weight. Such a good purchase for the price. It helps no end and I would recommend to anyone. Ingenious. So grateful. Thankyou.

Quite like it. Its comfortable and like that it has timer and temperature control. I bought it as I suffer from SCM on the left side and it really helps me to relieve of my pain.

I bought this to help with my back aches and pains after starting a physical job whilst also having fibromyalgia. This really helps to relieve those aches and pains and works as it should. It’s definitely worth the money for the extra comfort.

I love this thing and the fact that you don't just have to use it on your shoulders is fantastic. It can be used to target other areas such as the back, the stomach, hip knee, etc. I would have provided it five stars. Unfortunately, the lead can be quite annoying depending on the angle you're lying at and what way you're using the product. Obviously if you're just using it for the shoulders it's fine as this is the way it is intended to be used. It has a great weight and heats up incredibly quickly and the timer function is very helpful for those who may snooze off

Excellent product with very different heat modes. I use mine every night while I’m relaxing in bed to easy the tight shoulders.

Love this product. The heat is nice and hot and has a timer so you don’t leave it on by accident. Works great for upper back. If you want the whole back I would look into the longer one. Had an issue with the heating element fail after two years but customer service was extremely helpful and was able to get it fixed. Would recommend!

Feels nice and it’s ok for the price. I do wish it was a little heavier and a little bit longer but the warming function is excellent, it heats up quickly and it’s nice and soft.

I’ve tried a few of these and this one has the best heat. I like it hot and level 9 is very hot. It feels like the heat loses its potency after an hour or so but it works better than any others I’ve used. The material is comfortable, the cord is pretty long and it’s weighted nicely.

Heat level stays constant. The highest level # 9 is to hot so I put it down to # 3. The pad is weighted and stays on the shoulders. The size works well for the neck and upper shoulders. Like the feel of the covering which is soft and comfy. Cord is heavy duty which is a great safety item. This morning I put it on my feet as they were cold…😂
