I don’t write a lot of reviews but I wanted to tell you about my experience. As I’m aging, things have slowly changed over the years. Hair Skin & Eyelashes feel as if they have been thinking dramatically in the last five most notably. But by the end of the first week, my hair slightly felt fuller. The second week, I noticed some shine to it. Third week in, I am able to put in a large clip & twist it up. I haven’t done this in a very long time. My skin feels softer but not hydrated yet…yet. I will continue to use this to see where it goes. So happy I found this supplement!

I bought this product mainly for skin health and anti-aging benefits.I have studied skincare and supplements for years in the past. First of all, I prefer its product form, i.e. liquid capsules. Secondly, the combination of the ingredients is exactly what I am looking for (esp the inclusion of phytoceramide and HA in the same capsule). I think the dosages of collagen peptides and vitamin C can be further enhanced to maximize the benefit- that ‘s why I put additional collagen peptides powder into my morning coffee and also take 1g vitamin C on an almost daily basis. The probiotics in the capsules could be a huge plus in theory but as I make my own kefir, it does not matter much to me. I view the capsule as a supplementary insurance for my anti- aging routine :)

I purchased the Thrivy Thystle Hyaluronic Acid Capsules a few months ago. I am in my 70s and try to research the best supplements for aging. These capsules are small, light, easy to swallow, and do not cause stomach issues. I have been taking them for a few months and noticed that when I am consistent and take 3 a day my joints feel better, and they also help to plump up my skin along with liquid face serum. As a bonus, they also have lots of probiotics, vitamin c and collagen. I recommend these supplements and will be purchasing them again.

I’m a 52 year old 5’8 180 lbs woman just for reference- if you need a 19 in 1 hyaluronic acid vitamin then this is a good choice- As far I can tell, my nails are growing quicker and a lot stronger than before- my eyes and skin aren’t as dry, I think it has helped my digestion plus my joints aren’t as sore- I’ve been taking 2 a day for about a month and am getting ready to order a new bottle- the capsules are smaller than the majority of vitamins and pills I have to take - just so easy to swallow which is the absolute number one factor I look for in a supplement -hopefully I’ll see more improvements with further continuing use- Kristy in Kansas

This product is amazing, one of the things I love the most is you can literally see the liquid inside the capsule so you know you won't have to worry about the product disolving or how much of it will it get absorbed. GPU will 💯 get the full benefit of the product absorbed by your body. The benefits of hyaluronic acid are endless, but my biggest problem if hydrating my body even though I drink a lot of water daily it never seems to be enough. This product does the job. I love it. I recommend this for anyone needing to keep hydration under control.

I can’t say enough about this product ….
