Nice little Audi extra to keep things tidy

Such a great idea. They work really well, hooking solidly over the back of the seat and around the headrest, and sit very reliably, even with heavy bags. They’re subtle and understated, and they require no permanent fitting, and leave no marks if you remove them.I could have done without the red stitching, though. Firstly ‘cos I don’t live in the eighties, and secondly because I think they may have miscalculated their core audience, here. People who put bag hooks in their car are not the same people who like to have red highlights on their black leather. Red stitching on black leather is very ‘boy-racer’, and honestly, I really don’t think any of that group are inclined to put or use bag hooks on their little hatchback’s back seats. Maybe just dark grey or black stitching might have been a bit more on-brand for those of who use bag hooks…I’m just saying.It’s also worth noting that although very sturdy, the actual hanging bar of the hooks is pretty narrow (the actual usable part of the bar is 14mm), so your average handbag strap won't sit flatly on it, but instead bends double, marking the leather strap. For carrier bags or short coats with hanging hooks, or maybe rucksack-style bags which have a sewn-in hanging loop (all of which I use them for), they work very well. But they’d need to be about double the hook width to accommodate even a slim leather bag strap.So they’re a pretty good idea, with a few limits on their use. Myself, I’m very glad I got them and I use them a lot. They’re strong, they’re stylish, and they’re very useful. For the price I’m very happy with them.

Walking the dogs every day in the British weather inevitably gets very wet, and having my wet coat on the back seat is less then ideal. These headrest hooks from Vieinkaufen are very very helpful for people with both dogs and kids.These come with 4 in a pack which is perfect for us as we put two in each of our cars. They are made from a soft Swede type material with the large metal hooks attached to the end. They look well made and rather nice. It take less then 2 seconds to Install them, simply hook around the leg of the head rest.I found them perfect to hang wet coats and trousers from along with some of the dogs coats to help them dry on the way back from a long walk. It keeps the car much neater and cleaner inside.
