Feels like a toy
I could probably crush it with one hand, I have no idea how they made the metal case so thin. Cables are also short and it didn't work for more than a few hours but I really need something like it so I'll probably get a replacement and hope it works out better.

A low cost solution for low-power computers with modest GPUs and up to 2 drives
I've just installed this power supply in a somewhat minimal Intel Atom desktop with a single SATA SSD and BD-ROM optical drive. The power supply is quite minimalistic and lightweight, with a thin aluminum case and a single exhaust fan that's much quieter than expected for a device advertised with a 'turbo fan'. I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of a hard power switch on the back. The cables are just long enough for a MicroATX case, but the cable length may not be enough for larger tower cases. Additionally, it should be noted that the "400 Watt" rating is its maximum rating, and not what it should be expected to supply continually. If your system's motherboard, graphics card, and accessories (including all drives and cooling fans) consume close to 400W, you should consider a power supply with a higher rating. Ideally, you want a power supply of sufficient capacity to where it would only be running at 50-70% of its maximum rated capacity in normal usage. Overall though, this power supply is sufficient for most PC builds around a MiniITX or MicroATX motherboard with integrated graphics or a discrete card that doesn't require external power, plus 2 drives (hard disks, SSDs or optical drives). For under $40, brand new, and shipped, it'll meet my needs for this machine as long as it lasts 2 or 3 years.

Perfect Replacement Power Supply
I bought this last month but finally installed it today. Works fine for me! It fit in perfectly to the computer tower and my desktop powered up just fine. The fan is louder than my old power supply but I think it's because the fan is more powerful. It's just white noise anyhow and not too loud so I'm not bothered. I'm happy with this purchase!

Very short wiring harness
This SHARK TECHNOLOGY 400W ATX 12V V2.1 power supply may be suitable for a mini-tower or compact case, but the wiring harness is far too short for a full size case.

It doesn't work.
It came in today and it puts out no power at all. Nothing on 3.3, nothing on 5, nothing on 12, nothing on -12, nothing at all. The cord is ok but at the connectors no output. I'll ask for a replacement, but at this point I'm NOT happy. It won't allow a zero star rating so I'll give it 1 star.
