Greek Mythology Reading Cards Cards – 18 April 2018

This deck is a great learning tool. It always has something interesting and relevant to say. Its fairly good card stock. A little on the thin side but its very easy to handle and shuffle. They are fairly glossy.The guidebook is good, but there are no spread examples as we would normally find in a ‘little white book’. But each card has a few paragraphs of information and a reference for the artwork on the card.Each card has an image, title and a one or two word explanation at the bottom. The backs are ok. Not my favourite colour choice but its all very cohesive and works well together.I’ve had this deck for a little over a week now and already done a few interesting readings with this deck. Its very well balanced and can be used for both light and shadow work. It comes across as very honest, but is nice with how it approaches difficult issues because every card is framed in the context of greek mythology and so its not the most direct deck.

Atractive deck of cards that are great to work with

I have an affinity to Ancient Greece so when I saw these I had to buy them various gods & godesses & messengers a real find

The illustrations were above and beyond my expectations, however I do agree with some other buyers that some descriptive information about the meaning of each card would have been better on each card rather than have to keep referring to the handbook. These cards are still a great buy though - quality is amazing and a wonderful addition to anyone's collection.

Deze set kaarten is een leuke introductie in het Griekse pantheon voor een prima prijs. Het openen van de doos kost inderdaad wat geduld, maar blijkbaar geven de goden zich niet meteen prijs. Omdat ik 'Self-Initiation Into the Golden Dawn Tradition' van Chic Cicero en Sandra Tabatha Cicero bestudeer had ik behoefte aan nadere kennismaking met de Griekse goden, en deze kaartenset doet dat prima. Er is een boekje bij met kort en bondige uitleg. Geschikt voor iedereen die behoefte voelt om in de wereld van de archetypen te duiken.

Hermoso mazo mitológico, muy certero, funciona con cartas invertidas generando un ambiente mitico muy certero y preciso en las lecturas. El material un tanto brilloso pero de buena calidad.

Box ist schwer zu öffnen weil keine Einkerbung da ist. Texte haben mich nicht so überzeugt. Aber die Karten und Motive sind ganz schön
