When I first got this, I was getting close to a size 18 but I normally wear a size 16. Since I've started working out and wearing this, I'm almost a size 14 but this still fits good. When I did get this, I washed this in my washer on gentle and just allowed it to hang dry. Once I started using it, I needed some help from my husband to put it on as it was tight, but I do wear this over a shirt to help collect the sweat. I also use cream that helps you sweat more too. Once I'm done working out, I just wash this in the shower and let it dry in my bathroom. I now don't need help putting this on but is makes you sweat. You can clearly see the outline in my shirt and love that this sits under my breasts. It helps with the extra weight I'm trying to lose and love that it covers my whole back. This vest even goes down to about my hips so it helps cover my mommy tummy. It does take some time to get used to but after wearing this for about 2 weeks, the vest still looks and works great and I've lost weight!

OK 1st I like to read product reviews before I order anything. However I make my own decision by measuring the good with the bad. I hope this helps some of you ladies out there especially. If you know your body type and size then this should be easy. Example: I weight 200lbs I'm 5'7, I wear a size 12,13,and 14 lol depending on if the garment stretches etc. 38 D bra size. I went back & forth on whether this would fit me or not. After a week I finally ordered it. I figured for the price $15 if it didn't fit I would just give it to my neice. OK I saw some ladies post reviews & some pictures which really helped with my decision. I was like OK if some of these ladies can fit it then so could I. No offense I'm just sharing my thoughts. I've been exercising on my treadmill everyday 45 min 7 days a week. I was doing this before I ordered the sauna outfit. I wanted something to give me that extra push. I already sweat like crazy so I know this would help with the water weight part. I also ordered the sweet sweat waist trimmer. I got them both the same day. I put on the waist trimmer with the free sample gel then I put on the sauna outfit. I was sweating before I could put on my tennis shoes to get on my treadmill. OK great start. 1st day was good. Not to tight could move pretty good. But ladies the sauna outfit will stick to you because of the sweat so the 2nd day I put on a tank top. Then I thought your suppose to sweat so now I just wear a workout bra and panties underneath. Perfect. You will be soaking wet so I just get right in the shower. Ladies I'm telling you --- it works if you want a good sweat on. Oh and I do put on a tank top and sweat pant on top of my sauna outfit. I find that to work much better. I was shedding pounds before ordering it but now I'm really getting where I want to be. It's hard work --my motto no pain no gain. It's well worth it. I hope this was helpful to someone.

Just got mine, tried it on and I don’t like the fit. Definitely returning it. I’m 210 pounds, I wear a 14 in jeans (50 inch hips) (38D bust) and xl or 1x in shirts. I ordered the 3x like the size guide said and it was too lose for my taste. I want my to be skin tight so I can get the most out of my purchase. I already own two of these that I bought at DD’s so I know how it works.Item came on time, two days after I ordered it. It does have a stinky smell to it but I can always hand wash it once I get a new size.

I should've bought a medium. I'm 5'3" and weigh 135 lbs., 36B, I thought a small would be what I needed. I was wrong! It fit snuggly and had plenty of stretch. Which I didn't mind and needed. LOL Because I bought a size too small, the arm areas were really snug and rubbed the front of my armpits. Because of that it made the boob area a bit snug as well. It almost seemed like it was cutting my boobs in half. LOL. I still used it, and it still gets the job done. I just wear it for a limited time, rather than all day.Definitely make sure you look at the sizing chart before you purchase and get your correct size.

I bought this to replace one I bought a few years ago, but couldn't buy that specific one because it's not available anymore. The one I bought previously looked almost exactly like the one pictured, neoprene material, everything, and I was very excited it was so cheap. I now know why.In this one, the shape of the open chest is much smaller than pictured. The picture makes it look like there's plenty of room there for your chest, but there's really not and there's no give in the material in that area to make it work either. So if you have larger than A cups, it is NOT comfortable at all and it squishes them together majorly to look like one giant uniboob in the middle of your chest and it feels very awkward and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, that's how it is for me.There also isn't much shape to it. It's more straight than that curved shape you want around your waist. Like it fit perfectly on my ribs and my hips, and barely even touched my waist.Also got it with the seam coming undone on the shoulder, I thought I'd just fix it myself with my sewing machine, but I won't be wearing it at all.Luckily it was cheap.

I will get a lot of use out of this product! I have already used it while working out, working outside, And working around the house. It’s much more comfortable than I expected, especially around the arms and chest. I’m fine with kind of a big chest so I was worried I wouldn’t get a good fit, but with the chest essentially cut out it definitely works better for me. It’s neoprene so it feels actually very supportive around my waist. I have a 29 inch waist more or less, wear a size 6 in pants usually, I am 135 pounds and 5’5” and ordered a large. I probably could’ve gotten by with a medium for a tighter fit, But what I got is perfect as it’s tight but not constricting at all.
