I love this filtered water pitcher. First thing that is good is,the pitcher is glass. Not plastic. Easy to fill. The water tastes so good. The filter is also easy to install. I'm so happy I ditched buying cases of bottled water. I have peace of mind knowing my water is in glass and not in plastic. My water is fresh and I know its filtered. Who knows how long those water bottles have sat in the store,or were they in the heat in some truck on there way to the store??? I highly recommend this filtered water pitcher. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Super sturdy construction. Best tasting water I've had. Filters fast. Only downside is after you use this you will start tasting chems in bottled water, it tastes that clean. Wish it was higher capacity because I use it so much. But all in all very pleased.

This is probably one of the best at-home glass water filters I’ve come across. I really like Waterdrop’s product quality and durability, and this thing is built so well. It even has a removable silicon bottom, and the jug doesn’t get too heavy when full. It takes about 4mins to filter once you fill up the top, and only seconds to pour it all out. The water tastes great and and the design is so mid-century modern in a way.

UPDATE: I have added an additional star to my rating. After my initial review, Waterdrop contacted me and sent a different dispenser to try. They did not ask me to change my review, but any company that is so proactive in trying to solve issues, deserves credit. The new dispenser functions perfectly. I would still prefer a pitcher but I have no complaints on the functionality of the dispenser. It holds much more water and allows me to keep my tumblers filled. I should also say my review is based on how the original pitcher served my particular needs. But kudos to Waterdrop customer service. Flawed design keeps it from perfection. It does the job in filtering water, but has some issues. I like the glass pitcher, but since the filter compartment is plastic, I don't think it serves an effective purpose. The filter is so large, that it leaves little room for water volume. Fill up one large tumbler and you need to refill the pitcher. It's also very heavy for the volume of water it holds It does have some positives. The water does taste better than from a Brita pitcher. I can't give a half star, but consider this a 3 and a half. My search for a filtered pitcher continues.

We were getting away from bottled water and wanted a good option. This filter pitcher works great, fast, and our water now tastes even cleaner without all the plastics, and expense. Much better than any bottled water.

Love it! In my opinion , better than the plastic! Water tastes good & filters are easy to install. I got the smaller one because I didn’t want it too heavy since it was glass ! Love the size and highly recommend !

Overall, this is a nice product. I used to use Brita water filters but wanted to switch to a glass container. The container is easy to clean. The water filter was fairly easy to install, and the water filters through pretty quickly. The filtered water tastes good to me. It doesn’t seem to hold a lot of water, but it would then be more heavy because of the glass so I don’t mind. I do wish the design of filling the top with unfiltered water was better designed. Sometimes the water from my sink isn’t powerful to open the cover over the hole, so it flows around and into the spout with the filtered water or across the top of the lid into the sink. Now I’ve learned how to hold it carefully to avoid it going directly into the filtered water, but still wanted to point out this design flaw.

This was an investment. The glass will be much easier to maintain (keep sparkling clean) than the hard plastic one, so I suspect it will last a long time. The jug has a non-slip bottom which you can take off to wash. Takes the same size filters as other Waterdrop models in plastic but strangely the one it came with is yellow. My concern has always been plastic contamination, which is a big issue these days. That is why I switched up to the glass model. It is heavy when full of filtered water but overall suits the needs of our two person household. If you are worried about plastic contamination, this product resolves that concern.

Beau design à l'exception de la cartouche filtrante blanche qui dépasse le support noir. Ça gâche l'esthétique. La base n'est pas aussi stable que ce que je pensais et le plastique/caoutchouc du fond protecteur du verre ne tient pas à la carafe. La qualité du verre: bof bof. Suis pas en confiance 🤷‍♀️

Me ha encantado. Pesa un poco, sí, pero es que es de gran calidad. El cristal es excelente! Fácilmente manejable. La tapa no se cae para nada. Muy bien embalado e instrucciones muy claras. Filtra muy bien, se nota mucho la diferencia. Totalmente recomendable.
