GRAUGEAR 5.25 Inch 10Gbps USB 3.2 PC Front Panel Card Reader with Audio Ports...

When I first installed this it didn't work, thought it was doa. After replacing my PCIe with a newer Gen 2 card everything worked as expected. Fast speeds and fixed the connectivity issues I had with my old front paned usb ports.

I was rebuilding my 6 yr old desktop to get it Win 11 compatible so I thought this would be a nice addition since I was pulling out a DVD drive anyway. Install was a snap, all the cables were easily long enough to reach their respective connectors on the MB and it fit in the bay just fine. Totally plug and play, all ports and card readers work fine. I've not tried the headphone or mic jacks since I don't need them but the audio and mic popped right up in the audio settings. Having the card reader is handy instead of digging out a dongle to read cards. Construction is good, it feels solid. One thing to note is it does need a SATA power connection, I was out of SATA connectors but used a Molex to SATA adapter with no issue. If you want something like this it's a good piece.

I should have heeded the other 1 star reviews. I received this and let it sit in my closet in my closet for more than 3 months because I hadn't gotten around to moving my PC mother board to a new case. Installed this device in my new case and it didn't work tested the sata power cable, device was getting power, but the usb ports do absolutely nothing, won't even charge a device, I tested the 3.0 and 3.1 ports on my new case, they work just fine using the same motherboard ports. I found a card in the box claiming a "lifetime" warranty, I got in contact with someone in customer service and they sent me another one and didn't ask for the old one back, it did arrive very quickly, I plugged in the new replacement... Shocker, it didn't work either. I got in contact with them again and told them I did more diagnostic steps on my own to absolutely verify that this device is DOA, I also asked if they could send me a "known good" one, they got back with me asked me for my motherboard make and model, I sent them this 2 days ago as of writing this and they haven't gotten back with me, could be because of the weekend though. I find it astonishing that in 2026 I can't get a USB hub that works... I'll update this if I ever get this issue resolved but I'm past the amazon return window, these will probably end up in garbage as more E-waste.

After 17 years, I had to rebuild my ATX PC Tower again to get Windows 11 in there. I now have the ASUS B660 motherboard which provides the USB 3.2 Gen 1 header and also the Type-C header, plus my 750W P/S had the extra pigtail to supply power to the new accessory. So these are high speed USB ports with power, plus there's the Micro SD card reader for video cameras, and HD Audio headphone and microphone. So this is exactly what my computer needed to leverage the capabilities of the motherboard. I intend to do video editing on this machine, so moving 4k files should be a lot easier. Highly recommend this product!

I would give it five stars, but it wasn't really built to fit into modern day tool-less cases. My case have clamps that hold 5.25-inch drives into the bays. The product is rather stubby and doesn't quite reach the area where the clamping force can be applied to it. This means it shift out of place when you try to plug something into the USBs or microphone\headphone jacks. I was able to find a trick to help with this. There was one hole I was able two find that was going through the plastic clamps that was visible. In my case, the 5.25-inch bays are slotted vertically so hole was visible from the top and not the side like you would expect. I couldn't really see below too well, there might have been a hole there too. I was able to make the one hole work out in my favor though and used one of my case's thumb screws to tightened it in place to hold one side of the product. It held well enough for me to plug things into the ports with minimal movement of the drive. The drive still fit neatly, if it shifts slightly when plugging things in it; it will just pop back out and be flush with the edges again. I like the looks and fitment of it. Though I have a white case with a black air intake grill; I also have a very old Samsung Blu-ray drive that is matt black with a black gloss disk tray. The product seems to slot right beside it and fit with its matt black finish and gloss black strip. In addition to two other USB 3.0 ports that was already on my case, I now have an addition two USB 3.2 ports along with two USB-C ports. My case now has more high-speed USB ports than I know what to do with thanks my new motherboard which has all 10Gbps USB ports and 20Gbps USB-C ports. There are no slow ports on my motherboard. Just so much flexibility to be able to plug things in from either side since my case faces sideway so I can view the internals facing me from the glass side panel, instead of having glass side panel face against the wall.

Pheeww! The first good news is that it was not DOA. The reviews had me nervous. Second, it read my jump drive, I could connect my phone via the USB C port, and it read a SD card. I didn’t have a MicroSD to test that port. I didn’t test the sound connections either, but those are low priority for me. Good so far, but… the specs are clearly iffy. The USB ports are not to precise specs, so I had to push in my jump drives with some force. The width is effectively slightly short, so install requires a bit of extra torque. Not a big issue. Cord length is very good, and I could reach my MB with cable to spare. No issues there. Once again, the imprecise specs made attaching the headers to my MB a bit laborious. Overall, an adequate device, but I am not thrilled. I am concerned with durability, but time will tell. Quality feels on the mediocre side. I will update the review if and when anything happens.

Ottimo pannello frontale. Ottimi materiali. Mi serviva un frontalino per porte USB 3.2 Gen.2 tipo A e C e per schede di memoria. Questo pannello è perfetto! Montato, collegato e riconosciuto senza scaricare driver. Tutte le porte funzionano benissimo. Forse l'unico neo è il costo ma non ho trovato alternative a ciò che mi serviva.

中華かと思ってましたがドイツメーカーなので信用できます。 USB-Cは急速充電対応のようです。 オーディオはDAC内蔵のようなのでマザーボードからのノイズに困っているなら改善するかも、音質はよくわからないです。。

L'article est conforme à la description. Il s'installe facilement et fonctionne parfaitement. Il faut simplement faire attention à un paramètre TRES IMPORTANT: la prise USB 3.2 Gen 2 type C n'a PAS DE DETROMPEUR et il est possible de la brancher de 2 façons différentes dont une qui ne fonctionne pas, évidemment...Sinon, cette prise est rétrocompatible Gen 1 (ce qui est le cas de ma carte mère) sans problème. Simplement, en Gen 1, on est limité à 5Gb/s (au lieu de 10).
