I purchased this item in September 2024. I use the light for Zoom meetings about 2 hours a week. The light worked well till February. Now, i have flickering issues. The light is dim. If I use the button to increase brightness, the light gets switched off. My item did not come with a remote control. I have tried the manufacturer's steps to solve the issue. But, I have not succeeded. I will like to return the item as it is within 300 days warranty period. Manufacturer is requested to get in touch with me ASAP.

Love the light, it’s perfect for my Art desk. I am amazed the various colors and brightness settings. The additional clamp stand that I purchased in the combo served great purpose in stabilising the light on the desk, without being knocked off. The mobile holder that comes with the light is definitely a plus
