I was worried about it breaking while shipping as someone said the packaging wasn't good but it was bubble wrapped and well packaged. The case is so cute and fits my Surface 4 15' perfectly. The matte finish shows fingerprints very easily but that was expected. The keyboard cover & screen protector fit perfectly too!!The screen protector comes with a cloth and protectant films on both sides but doesn't come with those stickers and alcohol wipes that you usually get tho. I used scotch tape and worked just fine.[I didn't turn the screen off cuz it showed my reflection!!]

Poor Packaging
I purchased this item in August and was very pleased when I received it. The clear sparkle is beautiful, BUT the poor packaging damaged the item. I sent it back.

Fits my 15” Surface Laptop 5 perfectly. Just be aware that the matte black finish will show every greasy fingerprint.

It’s subpar at best. Everything it too generalized to fit all the different sizes that it’s not a great fit. Would not recommend

NO ES PREMIUM
El vendedor dice que es PREMIUM y no es cierto. El producto es de baja calidad y la base de protección queda floja y no ajusta. Además el color crystal mate llegó manchado en su superficie. Baja calidad de embalaje y poca atención en cuidar al cliente al envíar productos mal envueltos y de baja calidad. Eso es engañar al cliente.

Arrived damaged very poorly packaged and not at all premium quality as expected
This is no way near a premium product at all. Very poor quality and arrived damaged. Now i have to wait 2 weeks for refund to send this damaged poor quality item back before receiving a refund, i could have brought the same thing on temu for $9.21 incl shipping. not happy
