I don't know the ins and outs of keto but these are flavoured with Stevia, zero carbs

Do I need a loading phase with this creatine

If you've never take creatine before they recommend you load the first week. I wouldn't bother. Just stick with 5 grams daily. Usually one scoop. It'll take a few days longer to get into your system but results will be the same.
