Great 3.5" Pots, Would Buy More
I'm on my second year of using these pots, so feel I'm qualified to review them. In the past, I've bought very high quality injection molded pots. In general, I'm a "buy once, cry once" kind of gardener. I'm not a big fan of buying something that won't hold up for at least a few seasons, preferably a dozen seasons. I decided to try out a couple of cases of these pots as the price point was quite decent. After two whole seasons, I really have no major complaints about them. We have broken very few of them (perhaps two) and they clean up quite well with just a spray from the hose. Unlike a lot of "cheap" pots, I didn't have to pull the plastic punch holes out of the pots or experience other general quality issues. They are made of thick and durable plastic, albeit a little more flexible than my other injection molded pots. These are not the flimsy, one time use variety that you get plants from nurseries in. This flexibility also makes removing the plants quite easy. My assessment is that they'll be with us for many years to come.I really like the depth that these pots provide. Compared to my other injection molded pots, these are more than an inch deeper than these others. I really like this as it gives your roots more room to grow into. In fact, I liked it so much that I entirely switched to these pots in the second year. They are a great size for an initial transplant of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, artichokes and other large garden plants. You can also use them to direct sow bunching onions or when you want to start up a houseplant from seed or cutting.I use the 1020 tray system for all of my garden starts. 3.5" pots will fit 18 pots per 1020 tray and use the entire tray's space optimally. These fit fairly well into a 1020 tray, but not perfectly. My other pots have tapered corners that help with this problem. That said, while they don't fit perfectly 18 to a tray, they do fit and don't cause any problems. I am still able to bottom water my 1020 trays and all the pots get sufficient water.I think for the price and "medium+" quality grade these 3.5" pots provide, they are a sure fire win in my book. If I needed more, and I might soon, I'll go straight for these.

Durable, well designed, economical. Amazing, actually.
These are the best pots of this size category I have ever encountered.I germinate all my seeds rather than buy seedlings. I have the 1020 trays and transparent covers to hold humidity in, nursery cells in various sizes, etc. But when it came time to transplant the seedlings into larger digs, all I had were assorted plastic pots that I had saved from the days when I bought seedlings. Those are certainly good enough from a nurseryman's point of view, given that the plant wouldn't be in the pot very long, but they're definitely not durable enough for gardeners who produce their own plants from seed year after year. These are exactly what I have needed. They fit neatly into the 1020 flats, which saves me precious space under the fluorescent lights, and having them cuts down on a whole lot of aggravation in trying to shoehorn a multitude of small pots of dissimilar shape into a small space. They are large enough for me to transplant seedlings only once before planting outside but still small enough for me to add some gravel to the bottom of the pot for seedlings that like crowded roots. And they're so flexible! Flexibility is a big help when it comes time to plant in the garden or in a permanent container. You can flex the pot a little, and the plant slides out.Drainage, too, is very well thought out--plenty of small, well-placed drainage holes to help avoid root rot and to save us from the effects of overwatering. The pots at least seem impervious to tearing and cracking (unless you intend to keep them outside in blizzard conditions). Time will tell on that score, but the point is that these bear little resemblance to the fragile pots you buy seedlings in at a nursery. One last thing (sorry to gush; I don't usually): the price is nothing short of amazing. When I bought, the math worked out to 30 cents a pot. These are worth far more than that, and they qualify as a real steal for those of us who don't like replacing things. Replacing is, to my mind, a waste of money.McConkey made a loyal customer of me with just this one purchase. Whether you are a serious gardener or simply intend to become one, these little pots should be on your list of essentials.

No son rígidas
Contrario a otros comentarios, estas macetas son de plástico inyectado muy endebles. No son macetas duras ni pienso que vayan a aguantar mucho.

Quality plastic made in the USA - not Chinese junk
You get what you pay for. These are really nice. They seem durable and should last for years. Happy to get a product that is made in North America vs cheap Chinese junk.

Expensive for what they are but will do the trick
These are decent pots. I ordered the 3.5” ones. They aren’t as stable as I was hoping but will still do the trick. Cost is a bit expensive for what they are so if you can find pots locally they might be a better deal than these. But overall I am happy with them. They fit perfectly in my trays too.
