I'm really confused as the listing says it does not include bulbs but mine included all the bulbs except for the high and low beam lights. I thought I had to add my own turn signal bulb and was surprised when their was already one in the socket. The turn signal doesn't work but I will be trying a new bulb. They look really good installed and I will definitely be asking for a replacement if mine happened to be defective.
