Downeast D-10 Rod Holder with Single Clamp Mount , grey

This product does what it says it will... it holds your rod for trolling. However, it is a pain to adjust and it is HEAVY. I took this rod holder with me to the adirondacks on a canoe trip and it was so heavy I had to take it off the boat on my portage to keep the boat balanced over my shoulders!

These are adjustable to pretty much any angle, sturdy, well built, and they are made in the usa. Highly recommend

Little pricey for a rod holder but the design is perfect for my needs

These are rock solid and fit the transom of my Jon boat beautifully. They are very secure and I do trust my expensive rods even in the clamshell release design. I have some larger lead core rods that I use for trolling that barely fit, but a tighter fit actually locks the rods in better. A sharp tug upward and you're free to start fighting. Wish I could get my money back for all of the cheap and clunky plastic rod holders I have bought over the years.

I have used these for over three years. During that time I have seen a few peoples rods and reels go over the side of the pier. That will not happen with this item. It attaches to the 2*4 or 2*6 pier structure

Probably the best fishing rod holders, which I unfortunately had to return. Very sturdy, very strong and very cheap for the quality....also not big enough to hold my fat rods and as long as the rod holder is not completely closed, it is also not securely held in place....Still 5 stars because it says it's for light to med heavy rods...mine are fat and girthy.

So awesome!! They hold up perfectly and I can move them whenever I want! The best part is being able to grab the rod without any issues!
