A definite read
It's always great to come across a book that's both informative and easy to follow. Matt Abrahams's book is a fantastic example of just that. Not only is the structure fantastic and easy to grasp, but the materials are also very helpful, making it a reference guide that you'll come back to time and time again. Plus, the visualizations - New Material- are cool! I recommend getting a copy and subscribing to the podcast - "Think Faster, Talk Smarter".

Highly practicable book
I’ve read many books on communication but tips and ideas such books gives are difficult to implement. This books , however, is really good. It analysed psychology behind the communication and gives very logical and practical action plan that will help in any time of communication . Highly recommended!

Perhaps the content or...
Perhaps the content is too technical or the subject was boring or some other reason, it took way longer for me to finish this 250 page book which is very unusual. Many concepts FOR SURE, to learn & remember. But having them helps to give spontaneous communication

Pages are not in line
After reading 20-22pages, 53 comes and then page 39..who is responsible for this mistake? Amazon should have return policy at least for this... anyway to replace?
