the bags are durable, the very large and you can fit a lot of food in the bags. i can fit potatoes, corn, shrimp, crab, scallops. the bag is enough for a dinner for me and my spouse.

These are large boil bags that can be used for all types of cooking. I like that I can use the bags in the microwave oven. I have also used the bags to store ample amounts of fresh produce in my refrigerator. With produce and other non-meat items, I can wash the bags and reuse.

These bags are a lot bigger than I expected. They would work really well for cooking for a large family. They are very heavy duty to stand up to boiling. They can also be used for storage of oversized leftovers like turkey or ham, etc. The seal is very secure and I like the pleats at the bottom that allow the bag to stand up while you are filling it. I used one bag to boil vegetables and it worked well. They were cooked without losing the nutrients in the hot water. Also great for seafood as advertised. Be careful of the steam when you open the bag though. Overall, I like these. For around $2 per bag, they are a decent value. Worth giving them a try. Good product.

Now, I'm no professional, but I still enjoy a nice steamed bag of seafood. The large size is large indeed. It's perfect for family and meal prepping. My food was properly steamed. The bag doubles as a storage bag once everything has been cooked.
