Better than cream.
I’d never bought this before.My grandson is a vegan and it’s difficult to find a cream substitute this however was better than cream.Its very tasty and light.I was going to buy some more but after seeing the higher price Ie decided not to until the price comes down.Apart from overpricing I would recommend.

Does not whip
This is the worst whipping cream, you could be whipping all day and it wont whip.

Not overpowering coconut taste
Tastes like vanilla custard cream with a hint of natural coconut milk. Do not whisk for 3 minutes as instructed on packaging or it will curdle!. 1 minute with an electric mixer is enough. You will never get it to a piping consistency ( this is my 6th can). It works perfectly for doloping on freshly home baked Helen’s gluten free scones or filling a naked cake with fresh strawberries on top just before serving.Do not fill your cake in advance or it will sink into the sponge and disappear.DO NOT OVERBEAT IT or it will go runny... still edible, just not as indulgent. Will definitely buy again as this is closest to chantilly I could ever find.

Great product
This a great alternative to cream.I used it to make a ganache and added chocolate and it made agreat topping of my cake.Also it has a lovely taste.

Really good
As long as it is cold, this makes great whipped cream. I use it in meringue roulade as I have a severe dairy allergy and my family like it more than the usual whipped cream.
