The fur doesn’t shed at all. The bottom is sturdy and the fit is great. These slippers have become my favorite foot coverings!! They are very soft and very warm. The inside is lined with a sherpa lining not the slippery version of fake fur. This is very important to me because I do not like the fake fur lining of most slippers. They slide off my feet and make it hard to walk. The sherpa linning provides the softness and warmth without being slippery. These slippers are true to size. I love the sole on these. They are not hard plastic. They have good tread that is slip resistant. The color is very true to the choice on line. I would buy these again.
