Best GF Pasta
We've tried so many GF pastas, including making our own. Riso Bello has been the best thus far. Yes, it is a little bit expensive. But, the texture is right, and it holds up as leftovers. One other popular brand I tried had a similar texture, and held sauce well, but no one ever finished an entire bowl - because it had zero taste. Riso Bello has no weird after taste, and while it isn't perfect, it is very good. In fact, I used it to make homemade macaroni and cheese and it was heavenly!

cooks well, tastes great
My wife has Celiacs and as a result I have been on a quest to find a pasta that she can eat and I enjoy. While gluten free will never be like semolina pasta, this comes really close. It cooks well and does not suffer from what other gluten free pastas do, which is a very small window of just right. You can slightly under/overcook and you will still have an enjoyable meal.Like regular pasta, save a small amount of the cooking water to toss the pasta with before your sauce or pesto.

Best Gluten Free Pasta I've Tried
I've tried several brands of rice, corn, and quinoa pasta, none of which approach this pasta in taste and texture. I've given all of my other pastas away and I'm reordering this. It's not quite as good as wheat pasta, but it's the best gluten free pasta I've tried, and I've tried quite a few. It doesn't take as long to cook as wheat pastas, and for that reason I would recommend sampling the pasta as it cooks - especially the first few times you cook it.

Tasty and Good Consistency
I have purchased and prepared other gluten free pastas that were 'fine', but none that were actually good. In an Italian language class, I was told by a teaching assistant who lives in Italy that it is not at all difficult to find good gluten free pasta there, so I went in search of one I could purchase. I found a review of this Italian pasta online that was very favorable, so I thought... ok one more time I will try to find a decent pasta. My husband needs to be gluten free, not me, and I have SO missed good pasta. Well, wait no more.. this is it. Cooked precisely per the directions in a salty (like sea water) pot of water, topped with my homemade sauce and it is wonderful. Thank heavens! I had almost given up on finding a decent gluten free pasta.

SO close to the real thing you'll barely notice it
I have to be honest and say this is the first and only GF pasta I have tried to date. BUT that being said I won't bother to try any others. My son ate this last night with just butter and didnt even know it wasn't white pasta. It is really very good. With some sauce on it, your non-GF household members won't even be able to tell. THANK YOU Riso Bello.

Best gluten free pasta on the market!!!
I have tried just about every gluten free pasta available and this is hands down the BEST I have had. Riso Bello has improved on an already great product by adding buckwheat to the mix. This pasta cooks up perfectly al dente in about 8 minutes. Remember to always salt your water like the sea. I actually think this is better than regular pasta I have had in my pre-celiac diagnosis past life! To my Celiac and Gluten Free friends....you will not be disappointed with this product.

The best gluten free pasta we've tried yet
Found this pasta brand originally at a small Italian market in Philly. Now, it's the only one we use. Great texture - chewy but not too chewy. Flavorful too. The best gluten free dry pasta we've found and we've tried a bunch.
