Refund?
So the pull starter broke on my car so i decided to buy a metal one that would be stronger so i ordered this one and at £19 i thought it would be great so it came the next day so i fitted it to my car and on the first pull it got stuck so i pulled it out one more click then it retracted properly then on the second pull it got stuck again but this Time its snapped the coil inside obviously because its dosent retract at all so now i wont be able to attend the race in 2 days. Can i get a refund for this?

Don't pull too hard or it will snap
It's a nice pull start but the string needs to be tuffer no weak

Rubbish quality
The wrong string is used so it broke within 5 to 10 pulls didn't even get the engine to run
